Lack of flow from wand

Check for rotation of product pump

Check that the pump control is in the “Pump”

position and not

reverse

Check for loose pump pick-up tube and that tube is in product

Check pump packing for excessive leakage

Adjust pump end clearance per Mfg

instructions.

Engage pump control and observe engine rpm

Refer to hydraulic system trouble

Check that the product is at working

temperature

WARNING: Product repeatedly heated beyond Mfg’s recommended heating cycles will harden and be difficult or impossible to remove from machine

Electric wand & hose heat on.  Allow 30 to 40 min. to heat.

Refer to electric wand & hose troubleshooting

Position WPC valve toward “Wand” position and observe engine rpms.

Adjust packing per Mfg instructions.

Rebuild or replace as necessary.

Indicates a plugged/frozen wand or hose, allow additional time for heating elements to work, also check for a plugged valve or nozzle at the end of the wand, or frozen plumbing next to WPC valve, heat if necessary.

System Functioning properly. Return unit to service; any other concerns please call.
